Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has risen for a experienced Receptionist/Administrator ers to join our client who is a manufacturing company supplying into the Construction industry looking to increase its team.
THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
DUTIES
* Answering & Directing Incoming Calls/Greeting visitors
* Recording and dispatching of all incoming and outgoing post
* Perform all activities that may be essential to the efficient running of the reception area and office administration, such as making travel arrangement, organising meeting room, managing refreshments.
* Keeping the reception area tidy
* Delivering Administrative support to all functional departments
* Accept delivery of incoming goods * Creating new enquiry's on the database
* Uploading data onto the system/Keeping CMS system up to date
* Creating weekly sales report
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with 30 mins lunch break unpaid
The rate of pay will be dependant on your experience
Duration: The role is currently temporary but to the right candidate there is the opportunity of a permanent role which enjoys training opportunities and future career progression within an exciting and innovate working environment.
