Bricklaying lecturer

Job Description

Protocol are delighted to invite a skilled bricklaying Tutor to deliver the City and guilds levels 1 & 2 diploma in Bricklaying to students in a college setting based in lessons in West Yorkshire.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about bricklaying and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bricklaying, experience of teaching, and have strong organisational and communication skills in order to inspire and educate learners.

This role is part-time, consisting of hours on Mondays (7 hours), Tuesdays (6 hours), Thursdays (3 hours - AM), and Fridays (6 hours), on a temporary basis. This role will be reviewed at Easter, but with a potential to continue for the rest of the academic year.

The person & qualifications

* A qualification in Brickwork or related subject (minimum level 3)
* A teaching qualification
* Experience teaching the City and Guilds level 1 & 2 diploma in Bricklaying
