Job Description
As the Operations Director you will play a key role in developing the strategic direction of the business unit.
Ensure that processes, systems and resources are set up to achieve business targets.
Drive production velocity with a view to minimise factory time for product.
Embed a lean culture into all the operational aspects of the business unit, with a view to being world class.
Drive the output of the business unit to achieve maximum capacity through use of lean techniques and staff engagement.
Key Experience:
5 years plus operational leadership in a manufacturing organisation
Proven track record in operations management at Director level within a lean manufacturing business
Desirable:
Experience within modular building manufacture
