A public sector organisation are looking for a Building Surveyor to work in their Planned & Reactive Maintenance team near Chesterfield.
As the successful candidate you be involved in several projects at once, and may be asked to pick up a Fire Risk Assessment project on live spaces and then project manage the subsequent Fire Protection upgrade programme.
Ideally you will come from an architectural background with a proven track record of running programmes of work, ideally in the public sector.
