Commercial Agency Surveyor job in Kings Langley for an award-winning commercial surveying practice. Providing professional and agency services to their client base of Private Equity Firms, Institutions, Corporates and Family Offices, covering Northern Home Counties, North and North-West London. The role offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 + Team Commission + Travel + Agile Working.
Established in 2008, the 40-strong firm offers an extensive range of services and advice to tenants, landlords, investors, funders and developers from both the public and private sector. Offering services in property management and facilities, building surveying, valuation and agency. Their current client base consists of offices, warehouses, business parks, retail, shopping centres, hotels and residential clients, both regionally and nationally.
Role & Responsibilities
- Disposals and acquisitions
- Working with the team on business office development
- Assisting with pitches and general networking
- Maintaining and analysing data
- Providing consultancy advice
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews
- Client care and relationship management
- Supporting clients in the management of their portfolio
- Report writing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ Years' experience in commercial/industrial agency
- Ideally MRICS qualified (but not essential)
- Transactional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Driving Licence and Own Vehicle.
What you get back
- Salary £45,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable) per annum
- Team Commission Circa £10,000
- 20 days Holiday + Christmas + Birthday + Bank Holidays (increasing by 1 day each year up to a max of 25 days)
- Mileage £45p per mile / Public Transport paid to client meetings
- Agile/Remote Working
- Regular social events and corporate events (running club for anyone who wishes to take part!).
