Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

Job Description

Chartered Building Surveyor at Senior to Associate level for a flexible / remote role based out of Birmingham.

We're looking for an experienced and fully qualified building surveyor for this role. The successful candidate will be able to take advantage of a good degree of flexible / home working alongside site visits as appropriate with some time spent in the office on occasion. There will therefore be some degree of travel, generally across the greater midlands area with some occasional visits further afield.

This role therefore does require an experienced building surveyor able to work autonomously and offering experience in the full cross section of professional surveying appointments such as party wall, dilapidations, schedules of condition etc with project work / contract administration alongside this. So we are looking for a good all rounder who is also very much able to manage clients and be able to work well alongside a small team of highly experienced property professionals. With other offices across the UK you would be joining a well established and successful business.

If you are looking for the opportunity to work flexibly / remotely and manage your diary and workload accordingly this would be ideal although as you will need to travel into the office on occasion, and given the spread of existing work, we are anticipating a midlands base. There is of course the office in Birmingham should you prefer to work in the office.
