Senior Sales - Large Modular Building Projects
Basic to £65,000 + Bonus + Car
South East England
Oxford, Reading, Watford, Croydon, Grays, Romford, Harlow, St Albans, Leatherhead, Slough, Dartford

We have been instructed by one of the largest manufacturer of modular buildings who specialise in multi million pound large projects to include: schools, residential, hotel, student accommodation, key worker accommodation and various other large commercial builds. You will cover the South East of England where there is an abundance of opportunities selling your company's ability to manufacture and deliver large MMC based solutions either acting as a Principal Contractor or as a specialist subcontractor.
Projects are generally in the £5,000,000 to £50,000,000 range and you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to bring in similar sized deals either in your current or past sales experience. Undoubtedly you will enjoy delivering MMC based solutions and your experience will either have been gained within a modular building environment or another associated Offsite discipline like Light Steel Frame (LSF) or Timber Frame or from working for a Main Contractor within a Business Development role.

A basic salary negotiable to £65,000 (DOE)
