Job Description
Modular Building Sales - Housing & Care
You will be selling modular building construction capacity aimed at Social Housing, Care, Education and Retirement Living for this British modular building manufacturer that is owned and financially backed by a very successful and profitable property developer.
This position will have the full backing of an internal technical team (design / estimators etc) and also fully supported by an external team who put the tenders / bids together.
Hot desking office facilities exist in Wales, Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire and London with the territory extending from the Midlands down to the South Coast.
You will have the benefit of capitalising on existing relationships with Main Contractors who have used the Development arm of the company successfully for years.
This role will suit a candidate who can demonstrate gravitas in selling to the London Boroughs, Council, Registered Socal Landlords, Care Groups, the NHS and in particular Housing Associations.
This role sits on the senior management team where you will have the ability to have input and also significantly contribute to driving the direction of the company.
A background in selling an Offsite Construction solution / MMC would be a definite advantage.
