Sales Manager - Permanent Modular Buildings National Salary Basic to £55,000 + Commission, Company Car & Benefits

The Company This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established market leader within modular construction. A company with over 50 years' experience within offsite, offering permanent modular buildings for Educational, commercial and healthcare sectors. This is a company with an unrivalled reputation within their market, known for providing turnkey solutions, from initial design concept through to project completion, able to provide bespoke modular buildings that offer complete design flexibility, tailored to meet their clients' needs. You will be joining a global business operating in 22 countries across the world. The Role As part of the business development team, you will be instrumental in building pipeline and creating new business opportunities from existing and new clients. You will be responsible for researching and analysing market trends as well as building and maintaining close working relationships with a view to winning capital projects valued from £1M to £30m+ from both the private and public sectors. You will be involved in developing strategies through to the development of compelling proposals and submissions for modular solutions that exceed clients' expectations and converting opportunities into won projects.
