Area Sales Manager - Engineered Products
South of England - London, Cambridge, Oxford, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Bath, Reading, Canterbury, Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, Salisbury, Yeovil, Maidstone, Luton, Bedford, Northampton, Gloucester, Worcester
Salary to £43,000 basic plus Bonus & Company Car

You will be working with one of the leading construction connector manufacturers, well established with 60 years within the construction industry and offering innovative solutions coupled with a heavy customer focus, this is a company that prides itself on providing industry leading technical support.

The role:

As the Area Sales manager for the South, you will be responsible for sales of the company's range of connectors, hangers, brackets and ties into current accounts, providing technical information to clients and assist in the development and implementation of sales strategy within the agreed geographical area.

You will be responsible for positioning the business as the number one supplier to engineered timber and other construction systems through the effective maintenance and development of existing client relationships as well as creating new business opportunities within the agreed routes to market.

You will predominantly be targeting manufacturers of timber frame and engineered timber products within the South of England.

About you:

Previous experience within a field-based sales role
Strong track record delivering sales revenue and meeting budgets
Previous experience selling construction products
Knowledge of timber frame, Engineered Timber or Connectors desirable but not essential
Self-starter, able to work autonomously
Strong relationship builder & communicator
Confident and outgoing individual

The rewards:

Basic Salary to £43,000 (commensurate with experience)
