Sales Manager / Bid Manager - Modular Social Housing
Basic to £70,000 + Bonus + Generous Car Allowance, Pension etc.

We have been briefed to find a special charismatic senior sales person who has developed a good understanding of the UK Social Housing sector and is comfortable dealing at the highest levels of decision maker - Chief Executive. You will be visiting Councils, the London Boroughs, Housing Associations and large Registered Social Housing landlords providing an innovative and different solution for the provision of mass social housing units based on a modular manufacturing methodology.
Working for a multi-million pound turnover business where the funding is all provided internally and where senior directors are incredibly passionate about providing affordable homes to satisfy the enormous shortages that currently exist.
You will be backed by a first class team of designers, estimators and production personnel as well as partnering internally with project delivery personnel.
In order to secure an early interview you must be able to demonstrate a track record of success selling into social housing coupled with an instantly engaging personality where your natural approach is forthright and straight forward.
The rewards:
A basic salary negotiable to £70,000 to attract the best (DOE)
a good additional compensation package / bonus
A Car allowance of circa £7,000
