Sales Manager - Timber Frame
Basic circa £40,000 ote £60,000 + plus Car or Car Allowance
Worcester, Warwick, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Solihull, Leamington Spa and Leicester, Nottingham, Derby
* Do you sell Timber Frame or an associated Offsite Construction solution?
* Would you like to work for a Timber Frame manufacturer who has recently invested in a brand new factory?
* Would you like the ability to earn between £60,000 to £70,000 on target earnings?
* Are you selling Offsite Construction solutions to House Builders, Developers and Contractors?
* Can you take advantage of the boom in the provision of Social Housing?

A UK based Timber Frame manufacturer who supply their solutions to House Builders, Contractors, Developers and the Social Housing sector to include Housing Associations have recently invested heavily in a brand new additional factory with the specific purpose of providing a "home grown" Timber Frame solution to the Midlands region. You will be responsible for managing the West and East Midlands capitalising on the continuing boom in Housing and particularly in the Social Housing sector. Full support and training will be offered to the successful candidate and you will be backed by a team of Designers, Estimators, Project Managers and Structural Engineers.
You will ideally reside in the West Midlands but serious consideration will be given to Timber Frame sales professionals who live East Midlands.
