Design Manager required by a supplier of innovative building solutions for the residential sector. You will be a member of the Senior team in this specialist division of a UK-wide Group, managing the design and technical activities of your small team (which will be growing to meet the increase in demand for this exceptional product). You will be carrying out the day to day management tasks such as resourcing, performance, quality, training, allocating work and in addition will be liaising with the larger housing developers and involved in product development.

Whilst your responsibilities are primarily managing the team rather than hands-on design, your background in designing timber frame, roof trusses, panelised roofing or housebuilding will be of particular value in this role.
