Job Description
Protocol are working alongside a fantastic college in Peterborough to recruit a Civil Engineer on a permanent basis. this role is to commence in January. The successful individual must be able to work independently, Must have minimum HNC/HND qual in relevant subject. The candidate will deliver courses up to Level 5 in the core topics for civil engineering in line with relevant awarding organisation requirements
Role responsibilities
Provide teaching and support to students completing Civil Engineering apprenticeships L3-L5, and short technical courses related to civil engineering
Develop, deliver, manage and review course material as appropriate.
Prepare scheme of work and scheme of assessment in conjunction with Assessor
The person & qualifications
Certificate in Education/PGCE/DTLLS, Assessor qualification A1 or equivalent (TAQA)
Must have minimum 3 years experience (teaching or industry)
Must be able to work independently and have minimum HNC/HND qual in relevant subject
