Flat Roofing Contracts Manager

Job Description

D F Roofing are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our growing company. The candidate must have experience in Flat roof construction - Hot-melt, Felt, Single-ply, Liquid and Green roof systems. The candidate must hold a minimum SSSTS card and job specific training certificates as well as a full UK driving licence. The Contracts Manager will report to the company directors with job responsibilities to include: - Overseeing projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget - Liaising with Site Managers on a daily basis and attending weekly site meetings - Conducting progress reports/Q&A reports - Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations - Overseeing roofing gangs, carrying out regular Toolbox talks All experience levels will be considered - salary negotiable to suit this.
