Job Title: Commercial Manager
Sector: Offsite Construction
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car & Package

The key responsibilities of your team will include:
- Ensure the negotiation contracts in accordance with risk parameters
- Feed back regular cost reports to assist sales teams with input to tenders and contract negotiations
- Anticipate and identify emerging challenges in cashflow, financial or contractual risk on live projects
- Work closely with internal departments to pre-screen and appoint sub contractors
- Closely monitor sub-contractor performance
- Work with senior commercial colleagues to optimise continuous improvement
Your experience should include:
- Commercial management of projects up to £10M from a subcontract position
- Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying
- A demonstrable knowledge of contract conditions for main and sub-contractors
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience of offsite construction systems is highly beneficial
