Salary: GBP280 - GBP300.00 per day. depending on Payment method and experience
JOB Specifications: We are actively seeking a construction project manager to assist with a series of Cat A and Cat B fit out projects across the Devon and Cornwall Region. Working with an up and coming interior design and build contractor with the initial projects located in Plymouth and Penzance.
- working on dilapidation's projects ensuring the smooth running across multiple sites
- project values ranging from £100,000 to £250,000
- interior fit out including partition and M&E Packages
- liasing with comercial team and site management to ensure the smooth running of projects
- programing works
- working closely with subcontractors to organise program
- delivering projects within given time frame to our expected standard and quality
The Client: Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the construction, engineering, rail & maintenance industries. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large local construction company that specialises in commercial projects.
Requirements for the Role of Construction Project Manager
- CSCS Card( preferable management)
- Construction related qualifications would be an advantage
- Previous Project Management experience with a bias towards interior fit out
