Job Title: Project Operations Manager
Sector: Offsite Construction - Modular Housing
Location: Midlands
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance

You will be joining an entrepreneurial business backed by years of industrial manufacturing expertise. Already delivering modular housing schemes and with multiple projects in the pipeline, you will be immersed in taking projects from start to finish. A professional approach is essential in dealing with clients, suppliers and internal stake holders.
Candidates from contracts management backgrounds in the modular building sector would be well suited to this role, taking ownership of the project management process. This early adopter in the Modular housing sector is at tipping point, this is a chance to get in on the ground floor before the business ramps up alongside an increasing demand in the market.
Background, Qualifications and Skills:
- Volumetric modular experience
- Strong strategic planner with a goal orientated approach
- Contractually astute, experienced within new build JCT forms
- Comfortable working a split working week between offices, factory and site environments
- Driven and ambitious, suited to an entrepreneurial environment
- SMSTS certified
