Catfoss Recruitment Ltd are currently in partnership with a market leading specialist industrial service and installation company based in Birmingham. Due to continued business growth they are looking to recruit an Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to their expanding service team.

Contracts Manager

The main focus of the role is to be responsible for coordinating activities and resources liaising closely with employees, subcontractors, and customers to ensure a smooth and timely completion of projects. The position is both office and site based; therefore, site visits throughout the UK would be expected. Knowledge and experience within the industrial combustion industry is essential.

Contracts Manager - Daily duties will involve;

* Take enquiry calls from customers and ascertain their requirements. If needed make a site visit to gain further understanding of the work required, take measurements etc…
* Provide detailed written quotes to customers with any technical specifications included
* Source and order any valves or other items needed to complete the job
* Liaise with customers and employees to arrange for works to be completed. Ensure that the job is managed from start to finish and sufficient labour is available to meet customer expectations
* Participate in meetings both internally and with external site teams
* Ensure that all work adheres to deadlines and meets quality standards
* Complete all required paperwork or systems-based documentation accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure that all work complies with internal policies and procedures
* Create and maintain good customer and employee relationships

Contracts Manager - In addition to daily duties, key tasks will include;

* Ensure all activities are performed safely and accurately in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies and company guidelines
* Performing high standards of work following ISO procedures
* Assist in the development of other team members by sharing knowledge and expertise

We are looking for someone that has excellent communications skills and can use their own initiative to work without constant supervision. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have experience in a commercial and industrial background.

All health and safety training is provided as well as transport.
