Job Title: Contracts Manager
Sector: Structural Timber Frame - Offsite Construction
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance & Package
We are working with a leading sub-contractor, providing Structural timber frame systems who are looking for an experienced contracts manager to deliver projects nationwide working mainly from their head office in West Yorkshire.
This company is looking to continue developing as a sub-contractor within the tier one contractor market, providing structural timber frame systems into the commercial, education, residential & self-build sectors with budget responsibilities of up to £3million per project. We are looking for someone who has experience already working as a sub-contractor providing services to a tier one contractor client.
We would like to speak with candidates who:
* Good knowledge of timber frame or SIPs panels
* Experience working as a sub-contractor to tier one contractor clients
* Strong contractual knowledge of JCT & NEC forms of contract
* Hold a SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Ability to travel nationwide to projects 1-2 days a week
