The Role:
This Contracts Manager role is with a leading timber frame building, manufacturing company where you will be running contracts for housing, major apartment developments and commercial buildings. This is very good opportunity to further develop your career with a high quality employer at the forefront of this rapidly growing sector. The Contracts Manager will be working closley with the design & technical departments and is responsible for ensuring that profits on site are maximised through the effective management of all aspects of work carried out on site utilising all available financial information to assist.
About You:
- CSCS accreditation
- SMSTS
- Previous experience as Site Manager housebuilding/main contractor
- Demonstrate ability to assess scaffolding design and build to current legislative standards
- Demonstrate ability to prepare and present good quality management information using Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate ability to design build programmes using Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate ability to recruit, lead and develop a team
