Job Description
Job Title: Contracts Supervisor
Sector: Offsite Construction
Location: Midlands
Salary: £35,000 + Van and Package
- Are you an experienced Carpenter with management skills?
- Could you manage multiple sites installing timber frame structures?
Working with a highly innovative solution, your clients will be national housing developers who expect a high quality of service. You will manage directly employed and sub contracted installation teams on a network of sites across the midlands. Reporting to a contract manager, you will plan deliveries and installation dates, hold site meetings and be the client contact for jobs in your region.
You can expect a busy and involving role with a large, national employer where progression is a real possibility for ambitious candidates. Backed by a large construction group and working at the forefront of a buoyant housing market, you can expect good job security in this fast-paced role.
Does this sound like you?
- An experienced carpenter with knowledge of the housing market
- Contractually astute with a professional, client facing attitude
- Experience of timber-based construction
- Strong sub-contractor management skills
- Excellent planning and logistics skills
- Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft office tools
- CSCS Card
- CPCS Slinger Signaller, Crane Supervisor or Appointed Person would be highly beneficial
