Cost Manager's with a Surveying background and strong experience in MEP projects will enjoy representing the client during the construction of a Hyperscale Data Centre facility for a leading, global consultancy. Role and Responsibilities:

Represent the client in the delivery of large Data Centre programmes across the UK Provide consultation on cost saving solutions for clients, and provide oversight of General Contractors and supply chain in the construction of the facility from a Cost perspective Provide a 1st class service to Blue-Chip clients, upholding the company reputation Generate, maintain and develop new relationships with key project stakeholders Oversee and help manage a team of Cost Managers Prepare standard documentation - reports, valuations, letters, financial reports Prepare tender documents as required by procurement choice Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims Prepare and agree final accounts

Desired Experience and Education:

BSc in a construction related discipline Chartered desirable but not essential Pre- and post-contract experience Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying or Cost Management Fluent in English Strong client facing experience
