You now have an excellent opportunity to join a company who are well-established but are continuing to go places, not content to stand still.
Now seeking a Design Manager who will be involved in:
- Leading a team including both Designers and Engineers, providing management support, training, ensuring you and your team are maintaining Health & Safety and Quality standards and taking a lead in recruitment and other HR related issues
- Close liaison with Sales, Project Managers as well as clients, with UK travel (car provided)
- Although design is not a key element of this position, your working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar will be a useful attribute for this role
Are you:
- Design Manager or Senior Designer / Senior Technician
- Experienced with a good technical knowledge of domestic plumbing / electrics and/or understanding of bathroom fit out and finishes (essential)
- Qualification in one or more of the above disciplines would be of particular interest
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar
- Confident in your management / leadership abilities
- Possessing a good commercial awareness and customer-focussed approach
