We are working with a highly respected specialist Subcontractor who take a real pride in the service and products they supply public sector, commercial and other interesting construction projects and they are now seeking a Technical Manager for their team. The company has shown impressive financial performance in recent years seeing a two-fold increase in turnover. The plan is to continue this growth before stabilising and optimising their margins moving forward.
As Technical Manager, your role will be managing a team of both internal and external Designers, supported by Design Managers focussing on their own specialist product groups, bringing your own deep technical understanding and experience of cladding / curtain walling / facades to your team.
We want to hear from you if you have a good technical understanding of facades, and are able to give some commercial understanding (although you will be supported by Quantity Surveyors for the commercial specifics).
In return, you will receive:
- Competitive salary (£60,000+) plus car allowance (£5,000)
- (After qualifying period of 3 months) private medical insurance
- 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Although no formal flexitime arrangement, hours can be flexible (within reason) to suit individual needs
