Job Description

We at Protocol are working with Herts Resourcing Group to facilitate their recruitment for a Lecturer in Electrical Installation at a large thriving college in Hertfordshire. This establishment is home to a wide range of quality facilities and offers students both a safe environment and a specialist learning experience across the college courses on offer.

This college pride themselves on high-quality teaching therefore are seeking an individual with a combination of strong industry knowledge and practical teaching skills to be able to continually inspire and motivate the next generation of electricians.



Role responsibilities:
You must have experience in the Electrical Industry and have excellent planning and organisational skills.

You will have the drive and passion to deliver the full range of professional services associated with programmes of teaching, learning, assessment and student support.

You will be expected to teach and assess learners across a range of Electrical Installation courses ranging from Level 1 up to level 3. You will ensure the full implementation of course review, evaluation and development, and work pro-actively to secure constant quality improvement and student completion and achievement of the highest possible standards.
