Service & Call-Out

Commutable from: Anywhere in London, Essex or Kent

Area coverage: Central London

Salary: £40,000 - DOE, OTE £60,000 (door to door travel paid)

Benefits: All expenses paid - fuel & parking & Congestion charge, company pension, holiday, phone, company van

We are on the lookout for skilled Lift Engineers in and around the London area!

This role is based in Central London with a few contracts in both Essex and Kent. This is not a walking route, therefore, a company van will be provided. The Service, Callout & Repair Engineer will carry out service and repairs to a range of lifting equipment on customer sites in a safe, professional and cost-effective manner, maintaining documentation of all works carried out in line with Health and Safety and Quality procedures. The role will involve working to a planned schedule of repair and maintenance jobs at client's premises.

Lift Engineer - Responsibilities

Completing repair work - reducing the risk of breakdowns, accidents & emergency repairs

To provide a high-quality personalized service

Inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all components for optimum performance

All types and makes of passenger, goods and service lifts.

A detailed report of the work carried out at each service visit.

Identification of weak and faulty parts before they cause a problem

Priority repair work following a breakdown

Take part in the on-call rota

Lift Engineer - Requirements

Experienced Lift engineer (NVQ 3 qualified mandatory)

Industry Knowledge & proven experience (minimum of 3 years)

Service & Repairs

Confidence with a range of manufacturers is desirable

Experience working on standby as part of an on-call rota

Experience servicing and repairing passenger lifts
