Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 + Shift Allowance + Health Insurance + 33 Days Holidays + Company Pension

My client are a market leader within their industry, Due to growth and new project wins; my client are looking to for Technical leaders with supervisory experience to their existing team. The Role:
Supervision of the Assembly process
Active management of planned and preventative maintenance
To promote and improve Health & Safety standards
Maintain and improve production quality and efficiency
Assist in management projects
Conduct team briefing and KPI management

The Candidate:
Experience in problem solving in regards to quality, production and maintenance.
Leadership or supervision experience
Some form of formal electrical/mechanical qualifications, Ideally HNC/ONC or equivalent
Experience working in a PLC controlled production environment
