Service Technician (Commercial Automotive)
This is a great opportunity for a Service Technician within the commercial automotive arena.

The Company

The Role
This challenging and varied Service Technician role will be approx 50% office based and 50% field based; you will be liaising with customers both over the phone and face to face regarding technical issues, investigating problems / root cause, and making diagnosis. The role is very customer focused so the ability to communicate with people in a concise manner at all levels is essential. Duties will be varied from providing equipment specifications pre-sale to troubleshooting problems on equipment out in the field.
The Candidate
Ideally you will have a HNC qualification or equivalent in an engineering discipline; strong mechanical engineering and diagnostic skills; and fantastic people skills for this customer focused troubleshooting role. Any experience of vehicles, or of working in a vehicle repair workshop would be advantageous; as would any electrical skills.
