The Role - Workshop Manager
The successful Workshop Manager will come from a manufacturing background and be looking for their next move. This position is extremely important to the continued growth and development of the Company and will evolve into the successful person becoming the 3rd key member of the Management Team.
The Company
A family owned manufacturing business with CNC Machining, Coded welding and various associated machinery allowing them total control of manufacturing & quality.
Responsibilities
To organise the flow of material and prioritising of jobs
Pulling of parts, packaging and shipping
Expanding other areas of the business
Dealing with clients and suppliers by telephone, email and on occasions face to face
The Right Person
The successful Workshop Manager will have the following attributes and skills
Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
Capable of organising work for others
Experience in a CNC / Sheet Metal environment
A Mechanical background
Good level of education
