Electrical Installation Trainer / Assessor

Job Description

Protocol are currently recruiting for an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor for a Fixed Term Contract starting ASAP until July 2020. Full time hours available - 36 hours per week, 52 weeks of the year! It will be based in the Hillingdon Area of London being both College and Work Place based. There is the potential for it to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The role will be teaching on a number of courses, focused on the Electrical work based learning apprenticeship frameworks and the commercial training programmes at Level 3.

Role responsibilities

Delivering Level 3 Courses in Electrical Installation
Monitor and support learners in their apprenticeships
The person & qualifications

MUST HAVE level 3 in Electrical Installation or higher
Ideally have an Assessing Qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33) or be willing to work towards one.
Ideally have a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one
Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and standards
Able to travel to workplaces as and when needed
