Job Description
My client is a Major Interiors Fit Out Company who offer both Project Management and Contracting services to large Blue Chip orgainsiations across the UK and Europe predominantly within Commercial Office Space.
Due to continued growth of the business, they are now seeking an Estimating / Pre Construction Manager to join their team in Central London (WC) and head up their pre construction division, working closely alongside the Company Commercial Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee all pre construction works for the business meaning they should have experience in all aspects of estimating and previously worked for well established Fit Out companies at a Senior Level managing teams and pre construciton works on commercial fit out projects from start to finish.
Remuneration:
- £70,000 to £80,000 per year
- Travel Allowance
- Pension Scheme
