Job Description
Job Title: Estimator
Sector: Offsite Construction - Modular
Location: North East Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
- Are you an estimator with experience of new build construction projects?
- Would be interested to work with a leading player in the Offsite Construction market?
You will be working for a multi-national group with interests across engineering, telecoms and construction. With in-house manufacturing, design and delivery teams, this full-service modular contractor has delivered projects across education, commercial, leisure and residential sectors.
Preparing costs and quotations for new build modular works of £500k - £4M in value, you can expect to play a key role in the growth of this successful Modular Construction company. Your existing construction skills will come from either modular building or new build projects from a traditional background.
Skills:
- Estimating experience for new build construction projects
- Excellent numerical skills and commercial acumen
- Competent in using Microsoft excel
- A team player with a desire to win contracts and grow revenues
- A good technical thinker with the ability to spot and react to challenges
