Job Title: Estimator

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

You will be joining an established offsite manufacturer, still chaired by the father and son team that made it all happen. Now recognised as a key player in the modular construction space, this company offers design-led innovative solutions to the housing, leisure and retail sectors.

With regular client contact it will be your role to provide technical consultation to a broad cross section of buyers from developers through to contractors and even private individuals. We are seeking candidates with a background in estimating for new build construction contracts, those with experience of housing and / or modular building will be favourably considered.

Desirable Candidate Profile:

• A background in construction estimating to include residential new build projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication sills
• A team player with a collaborative attitude
• Comfortable in reading technical drawings and performing take offs
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads effectively
