£40,000 - £47,000 Basic + 37 hr wk + LT Security + Training + Good Working Environment + Benefits + IMMEDIATE START

Are you a proven Quantity Surveyor or Estimator with mechanical and electrical skills looking for a company that provides a great working environment with stability and security? This company is a part local government group of companies which provides services to commercial and residential clients. The company is expanding and provides the brand new role as QS & Estimator. Work for a company that will welcome you into their family relying on your skills and experience to drive the company forward.

Your Role as a QS & E will include:

Prepare questionnaires, tenders, fixed price estimates and budget estimates, valuations. Project specific financial management through to finalisation of accounts. Travel to other offices and sites as required Responsible for the provision of a tendering and estimating service and ongoing project financial management

The Successful QS & E will need:

Degree or equivalent in a Quantity Surveying related discipline. Experience in a similar role, undertaking a range of tendering, estimating and surveying duties. Knowledge of the Building Regulations and other construction and Quantity surveying related legislation.
