Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Builder working on small projects, our clients well-established company. Our client offers an impressive portfolio of serviced office buildings that are elegantly furnished they are looking for an experienced, reliable, self-motivated and highly organised individual. This role will include all aspects of the trade including: general building, Kitchen fitting etc and a good knowledge of the building trade. The ideal candidate will have: Sound communication and customer service skills. The ability to record and take ownership of designated jobs and communicate the outcome. Be flexible to work in various locations within the city.
Duties:
Based in clients building working on large and small projects
Repair/replace floor tiles
Wall Partition
Kitchen fitting
Applicants must be physical fit, excellent time keeping, attention to detail and be good at troubleshooting. We are looking for a analytical thinker
