Facilities Manager - Property Management

Westminster - Central London

Permanent Days

Salary: c£45,000

My client is an international, family owned property management company who looks after facilities contracts for some of the highest valued properties in and around London. This is a family owned business that has gone from strength to strength, and are now looking for a facilities manager to oversee their UK Operations. This role will have an operational aspect to it and is an excellent opportunity for a proven engineering facilities manager to widen their skill set.

Manage facilities contracts for top end residential properties in London

Manage properties valued up to £300million

The Candidate:

A qualified facilities engineer with a formal mechanical or electrical qualification

Experienced in management of internal staff and external contractors in a FM role

Understanding of BMS, AC Units, heating and lighting systems

Knowledge or exposure to water treatment plants & swimming pool upkeep

Must live within a commutable distance from Westminster
