Job Description
Finishing Foreman:
A vacancy exists for a finishing foreman to be engaged on a permanent basis with our company, the current requirement is for a long term contract in the centre of Bath we are currently working on leading to future contracts again in the Bath area.
The applicant should be from a carpentry background with detailed knowledge of working on new and listed buildings and to supervise works to achieve a high standard of finish. The skills to read detailed drawings and specifications prepared by others is essential including setting out finishing works within the building . The role will involve the direction and supervision of both directly employed and subcontract labour on site carrying out finishing activities not limited to carpentry. SSSTS qualification preferable but not essential.
