Job Description
FSC Construction & Maintenance is on the lookout for experienced Site Managers to join our ever-growing team. FSC is a well-established company, supplying construction and maintenance services to hygiene conscious businesses since 2012. We are seeking an established Site Manager that has a proven track record in working on new builds and refurbishment Sites preferably within the industrial sector. You will be forward thinking, able to work under pressure, have great managerial skills and want to grow with the company for the long term. Strong groundwork and finishing skills are at an advantage. We offer negotiable rates of pay depending on experience. etc and a Company van. Requirements: Preferably Trade Background Essential training – SMSTS. Preferably First Aid Trained Good Technical knowledge of traditional and modern building methods Ability to work with a broad range of sub-contractors Projects Ranging from £1m as site lead or on projects up to £20m as part of a team Experience in industrial construction and maintenance projects Full Driving Licence To apply, please send your CV and cover.
