Multi Skilled Labourer

Job Description

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced CSCS Multi Skilled Labourer for their site in Boston to work as part of our clients' team delivering a New Community Stadium for Boston United Football Club and its Education and Community & Foundation. . This position is to start as soon as possible and will be a full time role up to approximately the end of August 2020 for the right candidate.

We are seeking someone with a very good level of site experience and willing to initially act at No 1 site labourer for the main contractor and work alongside the Site Manager on a daily basis. As the project progressive the role will develop to include more skilled works.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled labour who can work on his / her own initiative and is capable of undertaking duties without supervision to include the use of hand and small power tools, some internal works on a new build site and some remedial painting, patching, joinery and chasing work for electrical wiring.

In return, our client is offering an hourly rate in excess of the living wage and genuine career progression opportunities.

Work will involve:

* General Site Labouring Duties.
* Overseeing Deliveries to site.
* General cleaning and tidying of the site and welfare facilities.
* Locking and unlocking the site on a daily basis if and when required.
* Assisting the Site Manager on a daily basis with duties as required.
* Preparing new build project for final snagging / completion to include cleaning, tidying, some hole filling, and touching up of paintwork etc.

Required experience:

* Competent in Commercial Development.
* First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day) Preferred.
* All round skill set to include use of tools, basic joinery, painting, decorating, patching and plastering.
* CSCS card holder.
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
