Reliability Operative

Job Description

Aggregate Industries, a leading player in construction solutions, are looking for their next Reliability Operative. Joining an already exceptional team our ideal candidate will report in to the shift supervisor assisting to ensure that the site is ran effectively and safely. About the role; Our Reliability operatives are hardworking, proactive and flexible so to be a good fit for this team you will need to have the same skills. You will also have the ability to ‘think on your feet’ with a knack for innovative problem solving. Duties will include, but not limited to; Safe operation of Mobile plant equipment including basic maintenance The control and dispatch of quality checked product Deal with any and all concerns that come in to the department as required Work as part of the team to achieve the budgeted outputs and product quality standards Identify and implement improvements to operational equipment Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and a hazard-free workplace What will you bring? Previous experience is desirable however we are also looking for employees who are willing to learn new skills. You will be able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills Able to work as part of a small team and willing to learn.
