£23,000 - £24,000 Basic + Training + Certifications and qualifications + Mobile + Pension + Benefits + Optional overtime

Are you an aspiring or junior service engineer looking to get support and training to enable you to establish yourself within a worthwhile and growing industry. My client operates within the suspended access and industry and is offering multiple positions to hungry people that want to progress.

This market leading and family run company is looking for professional service engineers to join their firmly established team. On offer is shadowing of senior staff, constant internal training on engineering principles as well as learning to do the job such as product specific, health, safety and similar learning modules.

This company are specialists in the repair, maintenance, installation and dismantling of and equipment used in the suspended access and lifting industry UK wide. As a growing company, they are now looking to expand their field service engineer team to help deal with demand. Excellent opportunity to progress in an environment where OTE's of £50k+ are realistic in the future.

The Role will be:
* Trainee, aspiring or Junior service engineer
* Electrical and mechanical servicing, maintenance and breakdowns of company equipment
* Mechanical & Electrical fault finding
* Working in a team of two
* Service and rescue call outs working at extreme heights
* Constant training with progression routes to senior engineer where OTE's exceed £50k

You will have:
* Electrical or mechanical skills
* Some engineering knowledge or background
* Clean driving licence
* Happy to work at height
* Live around London or Kent, Maidstone, Dartford, Rochester
