Internal recruiter/resourcing advisor/talent acquisition
Hybrid working - spending 2-3 days/ week in one of our offices: Dartford, Manchester, Steetley or Oldbury and remote working
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter or Resourcing Advisor to join our highly successful internal resourcing team identifying, approaching, and appointing the UK's top talent from construction, civil engineering, manufacturing, technical & consultancies, digital, data, procurement and finance sectors - no two days are the same!

Are you a candidate sourcing expert? Are you known for your ability to find those hard to find candidates that no one else in your team seems to find? Are you great at building networks of engaged candidates? Do you enjoy communicating your company's EVP and culture and find pride and satisfaction in giving candidates their best onboarding experience ever?
