Revit Technician Job in Farringdon, London
Revit Technician required to join a leading workplace design and build firm, working from their London office. With a growing portfolio of projects, my client is looking to expand their team by appointing a Revit Technician that has a background in D&B projects and ability to manage their own workload. CAD Technicians that are open to being trained in Revit will also be considered.
Established over a decade ago, my client is well-established and a leader within their sector. Current projects range from 5,000sqft to 100,000sqft+. This role will be joining an existing team of creative designers, working alongside other technical designers you will be involved in projects from concept through to realisation, focused on the production and delivery of technical packages for workplace projects across the UK. My client is looking for a passionate and detail orientated technician that is looking to join one the leading firms in the industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- To produce technical drawings and packages in Revit
- Liaise with internal teams to understand client requirements and project specifications
- Keep up to date and understand building regulations
- Maintain company design standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree qualified in interior design, architecture, or interior architecture
- Competent Revit user (training can also be provided for the right candidate)
- AutoCAD experience
- Strong technical skills and proven experience working on design and build projects
- Strong initiative and proactive approach to work
- Freehand sketching is desirable
- Understanding of building regulations applicable to workplace projects.
