Engineering Instructor/Assessor - Mechanical
West Yorkshire
Salary £28K to £30K + 25 Days Holidays +Stats + Performance related reward scheme
Perm/ full time

Our client is a leading training organisation and currently seek an Engineering Instructor/Assessor - Mechanical.

Looking for Candidates who are able to deliver the following qualifications:
Level 1 Diploma in Engineering & Manufacture
Level 2 Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations
Level 2 Diploma in Engineering Operations
Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)

Job Purpose:
Ensure a safe learning environment is maintained in the Training Centre and in company.
Train and assess Learners in a range of basic and specialist skills to the standard required by relevant award bodies to Levels 1,2,3 EAL
Provide advice and support to Learners and their employers throughout the apprenticeship. On-going assessment of evidence produced towards NVQ and Functional Skills qualifications.

IDEAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Time served - occupational areas
Cert Ed or other relevant certification or experience
Support of functional skills
Assessor qualification (A units)
Verification qualification (V units)
IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
