Job Description
STEEL FIXER REQUIRED 3 month+ CONTRACT IPSWICH, UK- Steel Fixer
- 0600 - 1530 + overtime paid at time and a quarter
- Ipswich
- £13 - 16p/hr umbrella / Ltd
There has been a huge influx in work so I now need a Steel Fixer to join an existing team of four who are responsible for creating steel cages for the construction product industry.
You will be responsible for;
- Following Engineering drawings to create a wide variety of steel cages
- Using workshop equipment and tools to bend, form and manipulate steel to the desired shape and angle along with fitting and securing steel mesh
- Work as part of a team to manage workload
I need someone who;
- Someone who has experience following engineering drawings to bend, mould and or form steel to a desired specification. This could be as a Steel Fixer, Metal Fabrication etc etc.
- If you have experience as a Steel Fixer that would of course be ideal but isn't necessary
