Mechanical Engineering/Maintenance lecturer
Dudley, West Midlands

Up to £38K per annum - Full-time permanent

Are you a mechanical maintenance specialist looking for a new career? We need you to pass on your industry knowledge to a new generation of quality engineers.

With a generous salary of up to £38K per annum for exceptionally skilled candidates this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

The types of machinery to be taught to maintain would be those found in a supermarket or warehouse. This may include meat slicers, refrigerators, ovens and similar.

The college believes in continuous improvement and playing to strengths - For example you may be trained with assessing qualifications and given the opportunity to train and assess level 3 engineering qualifications also.

Role responsibilities

►Delivering professional courses to adult maintenance staff of a well-known national organisation
►Development and implementation of courses using existing industry knowledge

The person & qualifications

►The ideal candidate will have a positive 'can do' attitude and hold relevant mechanical engineering or maintenance qualifications or proof of equivalent experience
►Recent and relevant industry experience or recent teaching experience essential
►Teaching qualification desirable but not essential
