Quality and Environmental Advisor
Ongoing development of project Quality and Environmental Procedures.
Provision of advice and training in project Quality and Environmental procedures.
Monitoring procedural implementation and completion of quality and environmental audits.
Maintain and assist in the development of the SHEQ PQQ Library.
Provide administrative Support the SHEQ Department.
Control, Maintain and update Management System Documentation to ISO and OHSAS Standards.
Assist in development of Office Quality, Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
Assist with the maintenance of databases.
Maintain organisational KPI's.
Research and develop draft PowerPoint presentations.
Provide accurate and timely monthly departmental reports.
Maintain training logs/ renewals for all SHEQ Courses and collate training records for all site based employees.
Assist in the further development of organisational Quality policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of IT tools/ systems to aid implementation of management systems.
Assist in the further development of organisational Document Control policies and procedures
Production of audit statistics and performance reports.
