This is a great opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst in Hemel Hempstead, commutable from Aylesbury, Luton, High Wycombe, Watford, Slough, St Albans and Stevenage. Paying £21,000 to £24,000 depending on experience.

As the successful Service Desk Analyst you are likely to have significant experience in the following in…..

Help desk experience, preferably within IT

First or second line help desk experience

Strong customer service skills and background

Remote software experience is desirable

Dynamic and flexible personality

Enthusiastic and committed
