Job Description

~~What we’re looking for
Technical Office Manager

Location (Brentwood)
To assist and support Sales Engineers in meeting customer expectations; by providing a comprehensive first class technical service. You will lead the Brentwood Technical Office to deliver efficient standard and advanced design solutions and you will drive continuous improvement throughout the Brentwood Technical Department.

Key duties:
• Develop and deliver the strategic direction for the Brentwood technical office in conjunction with the National Technical Offices Manager
• Ensure the most efficient design solutions are offered to maximise customer value / PERI competitiveness
• Drive the operational performance and efficiency of the Brentwood technical office
• Ongoing development of all designers under the Technical Training Programme or general continuous professional development
• Strategic coordination for projects with special solutions
• Lead the appropriate adoption of 3D design solutions
• Lead re-balancing of elements across Brentwood teams
• Contribute to the UK technical direction proactively
• Understand company Technical design strategy.
• Provide technical advice on all PERI products to customers and PERI sales engineers
• Actively promote the supply of a first class technical service and lead by example


What you’ll need

Experience
• Experience in management and staff development
• Considerable experience in all aspects of Formwork and Falsework designs, the formwork market and competitors
